Rocky Boots has long made footwear for people who work hard on their feet, including a full lineup of military, tactical, work, and outdoor boots. If you serve, Rocky has one of the most generous offers we have seen from a boot brand. According to its official ID.me Exclusive Discount page, military members and first responders receive 25% off after verifying through ID.me.
Rocky keeps the official details short, so this guide explains what is confirmed, what is not, and how to claim the Rocky Boots military discount.
Who Is Eligible for the Rocky Boots Military Discount?
Rocky’s official page says the discount is for:
- Military members
- First responders
Rocky uses ID.me to verify eligibility, and it does not list the specific military statuses that qualify on its page. That means details such as whether veterans, retirees, Reserve and National Guard members, or military spouses are included are unconfirmed on Rocky’s side. ID.me sets the requirements for each military group, so the easiest way to find out is to start verification through Rocky’s page.
How Much Is the Rocky Boots Military Discount?
Rocky advertises 25% off for verified military members and first responders. That is a strong discount, especially on quality boots built for duty and work.
Rocky does not publish detailed terms for this offer on its ID.me page. The following details are unconfirmed:
- Which products or collections are excluded
- Whether the discount applies to sale items
- Whether it can be combined with other promo codes or Rocky Rewards
- Whether there are limits on how often you can use it
- Whether it works at Rocky retail stores or with authorized dealers
Rocky’s FAQ does state that it cannot price match through its website or in its company-owned retail stores. Your best bet is to apply the discount on Rocky’s website and check your cart total before you pay.

Choosing the Right Rocky Boots
Rocky offers a dedicated military boot collection, including tactical, waterproof, and insulated styles. When shopping, think about:
- Uniform requirements: If you are buying for duty, make sure the boot meets your branch’s regulations.
- Climate: Insulated boots work well in cold environments, while lighter styles suit hot weather.
- Fit: Try to order your usual boot size and check the product page for fit notes before you buy.
Tips to Get the Most From Your Discount
- Verify before you shop: Completing ID.me verification first lets you see right away whether your status qualifies.
- Compare with sale prices: Rocky has a sale section on its website. Because stacking rules are not published, compare prices and choose the better deal.
