Scratched or worn-out lenses can make a favorite pair of sunglasses feel useless. Revant Optics specializes in replacement lenses for popular sunglass frames, which lets you refresh your shades instead of buying a whole new pair. For service members, there is an extra benefit: Revant Optics offers an official 15% sitewide discount for current and former military members and their families through GovX ID.
This guide covers who qualifies, how the discount works, and how to claim it, based on Revant Optics’ official military discount page.

Why Replacement Lenses Make Sense
Replacing lenses instead of whole sunglasses can be a smart move for service members:
- Save money: Replacement lenses usually cost less than a brand-new pair of premium sunglasses, and the military discount saves even more.
- Keep your favorite frames: If your frames still fit well, new lenses can make them feel new again.
- Choose your lens type: Replacement lenses are available in a range of tints and styles, so you can pick what works best for your environment.
- Check compatibility: Make sure you select the correct frame model so the lenses fit properly.
Always check your branch’s or unit’s rules on eyewear if you plan to wear the sunglasses in uniform or during training.
Is the Revant Optics Military Discount Worth It?
A 15% sitewide discount is a strong offer, and the eligibility is broad, covering current and former military members as well as spouses and dependents. Since replacement lenses already cost less than many new pairs of premium sunglasses, the military discount stretches your savings even further.
Because each code is single-use and limited to one per day, it is best to order all the lenses you need at once, such as a spare set or lenses for more than one frame.
